STRETCHING

The most effective and intimate service we provide is a 1-on-1 session. We offer individual training programs designed to increase your fitness, health, and athletic performance. Each program is tailored specific to your goals, whether that be losing weight, improving speed and agility, or decrease your lower back pain. Our goal is to help you reach your goals while also becoming educated on the how and why we do certain things. Your trainer will conduct a consultation to assess your physical needs and create a plan help achieve your goals. Our staff has decades worth of experience, working with clients of all ages and fitness backgrounds.

 

Stretching and soft-tissue work is not only helpful for athletes and workout warriors. Working at a desk, or spending hours commuting can lead to shortened hip muscles, low back pain, and poor posture. Our trainers are highly educated and experienced in many fields of fitness and health.
