  • The most effective and intimate service we provide is a 1-on-1 session. We offer individual training programs designed to increase your fitness, health, and athletic performance. Each program is tailored specific to your goals, whether that be losing weight, improving speed and agility, or decrease your lower back pain. Our goal is to help you reach your goals while also becoming educated on the how and why we do certain things. Your trainer will conduct a consultation to assess your physical needs and create a plan help achieve your goals. Our staff has decades worth of experience, working with clients of all ages and fitness backgrounds.

  • Are you and your significant other getting married and want to look your best? Maybe you are looking to make a change to your hectic lives and decide to take control of your health. Couples training together leads to great success by keeping each other accountable when at home and pushing each other while training. Many of our members love working out with their spouse or friend, eve when their goals are significantly different from one another. Our training staff is well-qualified to handle two different style workouts if necessary. Our couples private training programs allow for more affordability, which means more time with your trainer, and more success toward your goals.

  • Glide’s trainers have worked with athletes of all different levels to either take their performance to the next level, or come back from injury and get back on the field. We work with runners of all distances on speed, power, and form. Golfers work with Josh on balance and mobility, while also integrating strength training specifically designed for improving power off the tee. Jump programs are developed for many athletes, including tennis, basketball, and volleyball to improve vertical leap ability. A mix of plyometric training and strength training is used to increase explosive movements.

  • Preparing for labor is an athletic event. The physical demands on your body during delivery require specific conditioning. By strengthening your musculoskeletal system through our research-backed protocols, you significantly reduce the risk of injury, SI joint dysfunction, and pregnancy-related back pain. We don't just "exercise"—we train for the finish line.

  • Coming back from injury or surgery starts with physical therapy, but doesn’t stop there. Our trainers have helped dozens of members return to life and sport after shoulder replacement, knee replacement, and hip replacement. Josh specializes in helping athletes come back from ACL tears and reconstruction surgery. Acute muscle and tendon injuries like a hamstring pull or shoulder dislocation are regularly improved by our training programs, and often times our members state that they feel stronger than before the injury.

  • Our lifestyles can cause us some serious pain on a regular basis. Sitting at a desk for hours on end at work, driving in stressful traffic and even the healthy things we do like riding a bike or running can cause us to develop long-term pain. If you are dealing with a nagging neck or shoulder injury, or if your knees hurt when you run, we have the education and experience to identify the root cause and train specific muscles to decrease pain and discomfort, reduce risk of re-injury, and give you the homework to help keep joint pain at bay.

Therapeutic MOdalities

Stretching and soft-tissue work is not only helpful for athletes and workout warriors. Working at a desk, or spending hours commuting can lead to shortened hip muscles, low back pain, and poor posture. Our trainers are highly educated and experienced in many fields of fitness and health. Allow someone who knows how the body works, becomes injured, and heals to stretch and manipulate your soft-tissues. Stretching and soft-tissue work can relieve pain, improve blood-flow to injuries, and improve the rate of recovery from injury and workouts.

  • We ask members to stretch on a regular basis, but nothing compares to the depth and specificity that an assisted stretch session can deliver. We don’t use a cookie-cutter stretch routine. Each customer is treated specifically for their needs each session. Assisted stretching allows the subject to fully relax, prompting a longer hold, and a greater lengthening of the muscle. We use techniques such as PNF stretching to relax protective mechanisms, and multiple repetitions of the same stretch, resulting in a greater improvement within one session. Many members receive an assisted stretch on a weekly basis, to combat the wear and tear of their fitness routine, or work-life.

  • Myofascial release uses slow, gentle to firm pressure to the connective tissue around muscles to release adhesions and “sticky” muscles. Tools will often be used along the muscle fibers to separate multiple layers. We use this technique for chronic pain issues like neck, back, or hip pain that comes as a result of repetitive movements and postural issues.

  • Our partner, Physique Therapy Studio handles patients with acute and chronic pain with massage therapy techniques. Doctor of Physical Therapy, Camille Strain, uses her vast knowledge of muscles and connective tissue injuries to assess and treat pain. Camille uses PNF stretching, trigger point therapy, Soft Tissue Mobilization(STM), and myofascial release to breakdown scar tissue, improve blood flow and improve mobility.
