Everyone can run, but not everyone runs well. One of the easiest ways to improve your time or reduce risk of injury is to improve your running gait.
Each Running Economy Assessment will take a look at your running form from 3 viewing angles, front, side, and behind. Josh will take a look at your running gait and provide an analysis as well as a plan to improve it. After 4 weeks you will perform another REA with video to see your improvement. Our REA program is great but works best when accompanied with a personal or group training package.
